QZ walnut focus on the planting, production, processing and sales of Yunnan original ecological walnuts, with 13 years of industry experience. Production factory is located in Xiangyun county, Dali Prefecture, the main producing area of Yunnan walnut. We have more than 16,200 acres of planting base, double organic certification. The factory covers an area of more than 13,000 square meters, with standard production workshops, HACCP food safety certification system, and several production lines, which can produce raw and cooked walnut kernels, unshelled chopped walnuts, peeled walnut kernels and other bulk walnut kernel raw materials. The daily production capacity can be up to 5-20 tons, with a thousand-ton large-scale cold storage for perfect freshness lock, worry-free supply throughout the year.We have more than 300 walnut kernel peeling workers, by adopting advanced production equipment at home and abroad to provide one-stop solution from shell breaking to packaging to ensure the freshness of walnut kernels.Light Halves and Light Quarters are peeled and extracted by hand, with high integrity of walnut kernels and little wear and tear. By wind sorting equipment to remove impurities, color sorting equipment for color grading, finally to achieve complete grains and uniform color, which are suitable for daily nuts, retail sub-packing, industrial production and other industries.
